Shipping Policy
We are just not into complicated; it makes our heads spin! If you want to return it, just do it! Regularly priced items qualify for a full refund. If your purchase was on sale (and is not clearly marked as a final sale), we will give you an in-store credit so you can pick out something fabulous!
Your returns must have the original tags and purchase information.
All returns are at your expense.
Returns must be made within a 15 day period of purchase.
Occasionally, an item is marked down so much we just must make it a final sale.
If the item you like is a final sale, it will be clearly marked as such - in capital letters - FINAL SALE! If the sale item you are interested in does not say Final Sale, then you can return it for an in-store credit
IMPORTANT for all Orders:
Do not return items by courier. All parcels must come via Canada Post,
We will not accept returns sent by FedEX, CanPar, UPS or any courier service.
This return policy is for on line sales only and do not apply with our return policy instore.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping within North America will be based on weight not to exceed $30.00.
Monday to Friday, we generally ship orders within 24 hours of receipt.
We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays. Occasionally an item is on back order and that may take a few extra days to get out in the mail.
Cosmetic orders will be shipped 1-5 days of ordering.
Accents Cosmetics will take returns up to 10 days after purchase.
Please order samples if you have not tried our products.
This will help ensure you have chosen the right colour in our make-up category.
When purchasing our skincare line, please be sure to order the starter kit as it gives you enough for a week or two.We do not pay the shipping for return products.
All product must be returned in original packaging.
