Pewter Eye-Shadow
To apply Accents Cosmetics Mineral Eye-Shadow, poke a few holes in sifter seal for product control. With the lid on top, turn product container upside down and then tap the bottom so some product will enter the lid.
Then gently turn the product container back around, with the lid facing up, and tap the top of the lid. This way, the product will fall into the bottom sifter. Carefully take the lid off and you should have enough product to apply.
Remember less is more! This product is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way.
Apply mineral shadows wet or dry.
